It recetly launched its project called Jindal Global LifestyleCity, spread across 89 acres, in Kurukshetra. The Kurukshetra project islocated in Sector 29, barely a km away from the national highway. All basic services like sewagesystem, 24x7 power back-up, internal roads, under-ground water tank, rain-waterharvesting, landscaping are in place. The integrated andself-contained township offersgreen spaces, health care, school, shopping vistas, a club house and a swimmingpool. Within the Lifestyle City, fully developed freehold plots in 970, 500,360 and 275 sq. yard sizes are available. The option of built- up villas has also been provided.According to Pradeep Varshney, CEO, Jindal Realty (P) Limited, "Thecompany has all along pro- vided for large townships for its staff -- almost5,000 units. We have 650 acres in Sonepat and 270 acres in Kurukshetra. Thelatter is being developed in two phases -- 90 acres and 180 acreas. On a trialbasis we've launched the 90 acres first.
