You often use your laptop all day long. You seldom turn it down even when you get out. You take it for granted that it’s not a big deal. Thus it’s commonly known that the long time working is really harmful to your laptop, you just ignore it. Here I will put forward some tips for you to notice and help you to keep your laptop hard disc fit.
In the day, you’d better not have your laptop computer work more than 8 hours completely. Do shut down your computer after a period of time in order to keep your hard disc to rest for a while. This is really important, especially in the summer time and frequently reading and writing data.
Another point is to clean your disc space regularly. Hard disc frequently read and write operations, add procedures and so on. So it will have a large number of non-contiguous disk space and disk fragmentations. When disk space is continuous with the growing amount of debris disk, they will have bad effects on disc’s read performance. If the data of the additions and deletions are more frequent, you should run the Windows system at regular intervals of time with the Disk Defragmenter tool. Then the disk fragments and non-contiguous space come to reorganization. That will drive the disc to the best performance.
In addition, keep your power supply under the stable electricity current. This is the same to your Laptop AC adapter(432309-001 AC Adapter). Be sure to use the stable power supply, if the power supply impure or inadequate, it could easily lead to data loss and hard disc damages.
