Kimberley is a large region located in the northern part of Western Australia -  Its size is larger than the State of Victoria and Tasmania. Or bigger than that of Germany. Kimberley is comprised of six towns naming Broome, Derby, Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek, Kununurra,and Wyndham. Lets start from Wyndham, the oldest and and also the northernmost town of Kimberly. An extremely isolated town located 3351 km from Perth via the North West Coastal Highway and 930 km from Derby. With a very few population of less than 1000 people, it still greets and warmly welcome visitors coming in to discover  Wyndham. Kununurra is the best point to discover the east of Kimberley. Featuring unique landscapes, waterfalls, swimming holes, rugged ridges and Lake Argyle (Australia's largest artificial lake). Kununurra has lovely a lovely township. Discover the Bungle Bungle National Park and amazing Mitchell River National Park to diamond producing Kimberley Fine Diamonds and unique Zebra Rock Gallery. Halls Creek is another isolated town located on the northern edge of the Tanami Desert. This town is ussually accessed by travelers for a night to rest purpose. This place would really get you got during the summer to about 50 degree celcius. “The Dry” is April to September and “The Wet” or rainy days are from December to February. Fitzroy Crossing, is 400 km east of Broome and 300 km west of Halls Creek with mostly aboriginal people. It is set on the banks of the mighty Fitzroy River, is the gateway to Geikie Gorge an iconic Kimberley attraction. May to October days are warm and dry and nights are cool. When the rain reigns, flood enters Fitzroy. A full flood makes Fitzroy one of the largest rivers in the world. Derby the pioneer town of the Kimberley is famous for its boab trees. Offering outback adventures both land and sea. Explore the Gibb River Road, the awesome Horizontal Waterfall and the Buccaneer Archipelago. Broome the famous of the six towns. Features pristine beaches, rugged inland ranges and gorges, the wineries and the forests and an awesome holiday. Famous for the stunning Cable beach, Margaret River Wine, and pure Outback adventure.
