Loans4Heros Home Mortgage Cash Grant Program Re-Emerges After credit markets show signs of easing.

The Loans4heroes program was born in the wake of the September 11th tragedy many thought that the once prominent mortgage cash grant program for California essential service providers was gone forever. In a recent interview with program creator and Loans4heroes president Colin F. Watson; we discovered that the program had only been laid dormant until the mortgage markets began to show signs of life once again. This specialized mortgage rebate and grant program was created in honor of those who gave their lives in 9/11, and for those who continue to serve their communities.

Colin F. Watson, a licensed California Mortgage Broker and his wife Jayne Watson are Realtor, felt compelled to create a way to give back to the heroes of 9/11. The Loans4heroes program gained nationwide acclaim for assisting local community heroes in their quest for home ownership.

Over 6 million dollars were granted, and hundreds of community heroes benefited from the self funded grant program. Loans4hereos president Colin F. Watson chose to voluntarily discontinue the program when the real estate market imploded. The inability to provide quality service and reliable and attractive mortgage products, forced the Loans4heroes program to be temporarily benched to preserve the stellar reputation of the program.


After a long awaited shift in the real estate market, and the apparent slight easing of credit in the market place, the re-release of the Loans4heroes cash grant program appears eminent.
