That Sequoia High Sierra Stay offers 36 tent cabins using wood floors, area rugs, plush-top bedrooms, feather pads, oversize shuttered home's windows, chairs and tables, on a daily basis maid service and toiletries. Three meals daily are included and served in the dining tent, which include a wide selection of gourmet fare. Your bathhouse includes private hot shower stalls, dressing areas, sinks, purge toilets, towels and toiletries. Local activities include hiking, sportfishing, sightseeing, spelunking and horseback riding. At anywhere from around $150 to $500 per night for just two guests, glamour camping is not really the cheap alternative to hotel accommodations. The truth is, most glamping locations may be more per night than the nearest resort. But there's something being said about being inside outdoors with only a layer of canvas separating you in the fresh air and wind brushing through the trees... especially if there's no dirt included. You could argue that these resorts are providing an amenity more valuable than any other brick-n-mortar resort can offer.
