First of all , fasting / dieting isn't necessary to lose weight. Some doctor or your personal
trainer might say that you should have strong dieting to lose weight but that is all rubbish.
YOU CANNOT LOSE WEIGHT BY DIETING. In fact the truth is that by dieting you
are actually increasing your chances to gain more weight. The metabolism which is stuck
at a certain level , if you start diet and stop eating your various foods and sweets like you
eat in your daily life then your metabolism will increase its capacity so that you run for
that particular things and that is the main cause , when you stop dieting then you will eat
that much food and sweets or anything you like and in return you will get more weight '
kg's ' into your body.
I am not a Doctor ' though wanna be ;) ' I am not a dietitian , but i have that much
knowledge to either gain body fat / weight or to lose body fat or weight.

1. Early to bed early to rise - Well this isn't a joke our body routine as per it meant to
be is to go to bed early and to rise early in the morning. After you wake up just drink
a complete 1 Litre water " I REPEAT 1 Litre of WATER " in a Bronze bottle / cup or
anything. That will help you to remove the bad bacteria in common words. After that go
out for a walk at least 1 - 5 Km as per your capacity. Preferred place for morning walk

2. Drinking - After the morning walk , boil a water not that much but it should be warm
enough. Take some ' 1 spoon 'honey with half lemon and dissolve in a complete 1 glass

3. Eating - Don't go for Diet , eat what you eat regularly. The only thing is that you

fried and should be oil free.
