Fashion designer Marc Jacobs, an early award-winner at the Parsons School of Design, is the youngest designer to earn the fashion industry's highest tribute: The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Perry Ellis Award for New Fashion Talent in 1987. CFDA again honored Jacobs with the Women's Designer of the Year Award in 1992.

Jacobs’ famed Perry Ellis "grunge" collection led to his immediate exit from the company in 1993. He is currently the creative director for Louis Vuitton. Jacob’s fragrance brands include Blush, Daisy, Essence, Grass, Amber, Orange, Rain and more. Like his philosophy, his fragrances challenge response. "I love that reaction of love or hate. It's indifference that bores me to death," notes Jacobs.

Daisy EDT is a light, feminine scent that is ALL girly with bright, sparkling florals. On me, the Jasmine really came through which made it very "young" on me, not really sophisticated but fresh, very fresh. I didn't think the scent lasted too long but mid-day I caught a whiff of it and it was more woody and deep. I liked the deeper notes more than the initial brightness. This would make a great everyday perfume for any age.

Daisy Perfume for Women by Marc Jacobs is a lovely everyday scent. Very light, yet sophisticated. I wear this when I want to feel all grown up. (I'm 41) .... Suitable for day or evening wear.
