In the second part of a several part series, I am continuing with my interview of Michelle Ponce - a Cash Gifting mentor that works to make all the difference in the lives of those who gift in her group. Michelle Ponce revolutionizes how Cash Gifters succeed. Michelle wants to change how cash gifting is done. Out with the mentors who leave their students without training to fail on their own. With a few tweaks and some 1 on 1 mentoring, Michelle hopes all of her students can be as successful as she has been. According to Michelle, the problem with many MLMs, business opportunities, and Cash Gifting programs is that there is no support to succeed. "Once they sign up and either pay their MLM fees, administrative fees, or their 1 up gifts, many mentors are never heard from again." "That's the joy of The Peoples Program," she continues. "Due to the structure of the program and the potential for residual gifts, I desire to see every one who signs up in my mentoring program to succeed fully in their endeavours." "I tried all sorts of programs" Michelle says. "I signed up with Herbalife and never made a dime. I tried BioPerformance, Fun Time Vacations, and even Ultimate Cash Revolution. The programs may have been good programs, but I never had any support and failed in my marketing." That is why Michelle Ponce wants to change the art of mentoring.
