Milgram Earns Top Financial Planning Designation

( Westlake Village , CA )   Arkady Milgram, a financial strategist and special care planner with Walker Financial Partners in Westlake Village , CA , has recently earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation; the financial planning industry’s most respected credential.     Awarded by The American College in Bryn Mawr , PA , obtaining ChFC status generally requires many years of financial services experience, more than 50 hours of study for each of eight required courses, and an all-encompassing, proctored examination.   Milgram has spent 12 years in financial planning and has also earned a number of other designations, including Chartered Leadership Fellow and Special Care Planner.   The American College calls its advanced financial planning program “. . . the most robust and respected credential available for financial planning professionals.”   The extensive course work covers such key disciplines as insurance, income taxation, retirement planning, investments, and estate planning.   Milgram is also a member of both the MassMutual Insurance company’s prestigious Agents Association advisory group and the Society of Financial Services Professionals.   This year, he won the National Quality Award from the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Gene L.
