It was very hard to get started and survive and get used to everything. Here is a guide on how to survive your first nights in Minecraft. There are some tips and steps help you to survive your first night in Minecraft easily.

●Step 1: Collecting Wood - Survive First Night in Minecraft

First of all, you must gather some wood, it is the most basic and useful resource in this world. To do this, just go near a tree and hold Left Mouse Button to begin harvesting lumber. This will eventually make the log drop which you can pick up. Do the same to gather like dozen logs.

●Step 2: Crafting A Workbench and Your First Tools - Survive First Night in Minecraft

Pick up your stack of wood blocks in your inventory and then place it in the small, two-by-two portion of your inventory labeled crafting. This is where you turn raw materials into other, more useful stuff. Let’s first turn all of our available wood into wood planks.

●Step 3: Finding and Mining Coal - Survive First Night in Minecraft

Now you have a mining tool. It isn’t a very good one, but it’s better than nothing. By now the sun is probably at high noon. It will start to set within the next few minutes, and you need torches before it does. You need two things to make torches – wooden sticks and coal. You have the sticks. But you need some coal.

●Step 4: Making Torches and a Shelter - Survive First Night in Minecraft

The easiest way to build a shelter for the first night is to build a small room out of dirt. Dirt is usually everywhere – any tile that has grass on it turns into a dirt block when you destroy it. You can use your pick for this (or you could build a shovel) but there isn’t much point. Colleting dirt is easy with your bare hands. Just bunch some grass tiles until you’ve collected about 40 dirt blocks.

●Step 5: Surviving the Night - Survive First Night in Minecraft

Now you have a shelter and light. You can survive the night. There is a small chance that a monster might come close, but they’ll generally ignore you if you’re inside your shelter. Just watch out for skeletons – they shoot arrows, so they could hit you inside your shelter by shooting through your window.

In short, you can do Surviving First Night in Minecraft in following easy steps.

●1. Open this page in another browser window
●2. While you stare in awe at the awesome landscape before you find the first tree and start chopping it down.
●3. Take those logs and make wood with your craft box --> 1 log = 4 wood
●4. Take 4 woods and make a craft bench --> 4 wood's in a square = 1 workbench
●5. Drop the bench on the ground and click on it and it will open up a bigger crafting window. From there you need to craft an axe (to cut wood faster), a pick (to mine ore), and a shovel (to dig dirt).
●6. Once you have some tools start looking for an area to setup camp (I tend to find mountain top perches..pretty cool view and easily defendable).
●7. Start building walls as soon as it starts getting dark. Light up some torches as well to see in the dark.
●8. Hunker down and listen as all the mobs try to get in your makeshift keep while you cower in fear and wait for the blessed sun to arrive in the morning.
