Moneris is not a reliable merchant service provider

Do not use Moneris! Their contracts reserve the right to change your fees and rates at anytime. Now they do over teh phone verfications so you can read their terms and once you say yes over the phone, your locked in and will be subjected to long waiting times when you call through to their customer service help line.

Beware of Moneris! Read their contract! Moneris has been known to present low price solutions on the condition you satiisfy unreasonable processing volumes on a monthly basis.

If you're looking for a reliable point of sale provider I would recommend you use Collective POS. I've been with Collective Point of Sale Solutions for 7 months now and have been extremely pleased with their customer service, product and service warranty and commitment to terms.

Having already been with Moneris, i would strongly recommend that any Moneris prospect that is in current negotiations with Moneris should consider there options with my provider. Given the market conditions, nobody can afford to be charged more than what they agreed to.
