My Brief Review on Perfect Uninstaller

One of my friends recommended me to use Perfect Uninstaller in order to help me get rid of Norton 360 from my computer for it always froze up my computer and hung up some running applications. So I decided to completely uninstall it from my computer. Though I never used it before, I still wanted to have a try with Perfect Uninstaller because of the strong recommendation of my friend. When trying to uninstall it, it is necessary for me to enter the safe mode to totally close it and other running program. To help me with the understanding, they provided me a link teaching me how to enter safe mode. By following the instructions in the link, I can successfully and easily enter safe mode. Maybe you will laugh that I am a computer idiot who didn't know how to operate this before. At this point, I have deeply broadened my computer knowledge. Then follow the instructions in the reply email, I could easily uninstall Norton 360 from my computer, that is, locate the directories of Norton 360 and then right click it to select "Force Uninstall" to begin the removal. Also they provided several related files in the email so that I just needed to find out the corresponding files in my computer and then finish the removal. Then after several simple clicks, Norton 360 has been completely uninstalled from my computer. In the following usage, I found that Perfect Uninstaller is very easy to use and is really what I need. Whenever I encounter problems in uninstalling the applications, I summit my problem to them and always receive a reply with a proper solution as soon as possible. So I can say that not only their product is perfect, but also their customer service is perfect. And I will recommend it to my friends regarding to this.
