One of the aspects that by far distinguish the New IPC Program from the previous is the compensation plan. With an always changing and growing industry, Dan Miller knew improvements could be made. When the IPC Program first came out, there was no residual income component. The only way members made money was from their direct marketing efforts. This was a disadvantage to the IPC Program , however due of the price point and the remarkable training, the number of members was growing rapidly. A few months later the IPC Program adopted the “staggered 3-up” compensation plan. This was a compensation plan that was initially introduced when Dan Miller launched his IPC Instant Cash, a $97 program that also did extremely well. The New IPC Program uses a modified 2-tier compensation plan. In this 2-tier platform, members are not required to pass-up sales. A commission is made on every sale that is generated, beginning with the first. In addition, when any member of your immediate down-line generates a sale, you will receive an override commission. For example, if team members are collectively generating 15 sales per month (Executive Level) you will receive $1500 in overrides for that month. The modification of this 2-tier platform comes in the form of swing-line bonuses. This is the first of its kind. For every second sale your immediate down-line generates with the program, that individual is swung into your immediate down-line. Remembering the “swing” only occurs after your immediate down-line team member has been paid for the sale. Since your swing-line bonus members become a part of your immediate down-line, every sale a swing-line generates will result in an override commission to you, and you will also receive their swing-line bonus member automatically. This modification was added to help you build your immediate down-line even faster than a traditional 2-tier platform. What is also amazing about the compensation plan is that the New IPC Program has a credit system built in. Members can earn credits to move up levels in the New IPC Program (keep in mind commissions and overrides are only made at the level you are at). If a person at the base level generates a sale at the standard level they will be given 1 credit (the system automatically tracks these). If a sale is generated at the Executive Level, they will be rewarded 2 credits. For every 3 credits, a member is automatically moved up 1 level. The only other way to move up levels, is manually. A member can pay the difference in cost between the level they are currently at (base or standard) and the higher level of choice. One constant in both programs is the training.
