Plants VS Zombies 2 for Android
If you point your browser at a certain page on PopCap’s website, you will find a work in progress Android games page with artwork from titles including Plants Vs Zombies, Zuma, Peggle and Bejeweled,
This coincides with the release of Google’s latest update for Android, Froyo 2.2 which brings a whole host of improvements, such as support for Flash 10.1, and importantly for gaming, the ability to store apps on your devices SD card, opening the door for more expansive games.
PopCap have been on fire in recent years, with classic after classic, and having games such as Plant Vs Zombies and Peggle will provide a major boost to Androids gaming portfolio.
Here’s hoping that WebOS gets some PopCap love soon.
