[p]Are you one of those of International property buyers who still has a burning desire to[br /]
live in Spain but are put off by how English most of the Costas in Spain have[br /]
become. If you're looking for real Spain and a new destination have you ever[br /]
considered Costa de la Luz property on the Huelva coastline here in Spain?[br /]

First things first for those of you who don't know where Costa de la Luz is it's the Andaluca[br /]
coastline running from Sotogrande in the Cadiz province right through to the Portuguese[br /]
border in the Huelva province. The coastline is only divided by the Donana[br /]
National Park which you can't drive through and hence why Costa de la Luz is[br /]
split into two i.e. Costa de la Luz Cadiz and Costa de la Luz Huelva.[br /]

Due to the landscape and terrain behind the sea, there are many sports and activities[br /]
available here. It is not unusual to see horse riders galloping along the beach[br /]
or in the hills behind or the sound of quad bikers negotiating the rough[br /]
terrain. Golf lovers will certainly not be disappointed as there are many top[br /]
quality gold courses to choose from the most famous of which is the Novo Sancti[br /]
Petri Golf Course. The Coast of light is the western part of the Andaluca[br /]
coastline that faces out to the Atlantic. The sand is finer and a more golden[br /]
colour than the neighboring Costa del Sol. The typical beaches here are more[br /]
expansive and probably backed by sand dunes and pine trees. This part of the[br /]
coast has not seen the high-rise hotel[br /]
[br /]
The area that really has caught my imagination is the Huelva side of Costa de la Luz[br /]
featuring places such as El Rompido, Ayamonte and Isla Cristina because it is[br /]
still very much real Spain where you can either be a tourist (summer months[br /]
only) or mix with locals and enjoy the special Andaluca bond that I personally[br /]
haven't experienced in any other part of Spain.[br /]

So what does property offer in terms of quality and value for money? Well compared with[br /]
the other coasts in Andaluca it is probably the most economic for property[br /]
prices with the possible exception of Costa Almeria. However the sparse nature[br /]
of the place makes living here very peaceful and tranquil and totally different[br /]
to the hectic lifestyle of the Malaga province of Andaluca. Costa de la Luz is also the only part of Andaluca[br /]
that the Atlantic as it's Ocean and therefore tends to have superior beaches[br /]
and ideal for wind sports enthusiasts. However people buy here because of the[br /]
completely lifestyle that this part of Andaluca and Spain has to offer.[br /]
[br /]
In conclusion Costa de la Luz property and the area are unique to the rest of[br /]
Andaluca and if you're looking for something different I would urge you to[br /]
check it out yourself.[/p]
