Quit smoking is a hard task for many smokers. Smoking harms nearly every organ of the body and diminishes a person’s overall health. Smoking is a leading cause of cancer and of death from cancer. So, for a better life, the smokers should quit smoking. There will be some benefits for you, if you have quit smoking in a recent period:
1. Improve taste. After quit smoking, the sensory nerve in the tongue can recover its sensitive intrinsically, you can fully taste the flavor of all kinds of food.
2. Eliminate fetid breath. When the smokers talk with others, their mouths always throw off a disgusting cigarette stink and this happens when they get up in the early morning, but the smelly odor will eliminate if they quit smoking.
3. Whitening teeth. Brown black teeth have been regarded as the symbol of smokers. If quit smoking, chimney spot will be declined gradually. At the same time, due to the improvement of dental health, various kinds of oral disease will decrease obviously.
4. Decrease or stop the cough and sputum. The smoke of Cigarette stimulate the respiratory tract, and hamper the ciliary of self cleaning, as a result, smoker always cough and have much sputum. Quit smoking, cilium revert its function, sputum decreased, cough will stopped.
5. Reduce blood pressure. If quit smoking, the blood circulation of whole body will improve, it is benefit to reduce the risk of pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease, such as arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease.
6. Improve sleeping. If quit smoking, it is easy to fall asleep and sleep soundly. The fatigue will be easily eliminate and become energetic.
7. Raise vision. After quit smoking, your vision will be raised in a certain degree.
8. Enhance immunity. After quit smoking, immunity will be enhanced, you will not to catch a cold very easily as before. Some disease will disappear gradually, such as headache and shoulder ache.
Of course, as the quit smoking period increase, your health and your relationship with your family will have a greatly improvement.
