They selected 19 thousand women who are all above the age of 39 thirteen years ago, and divided them into several groups basing on their daily alcohol consumption and drinking habits. The members in the first group stayed off alcohol; the counterparts of the second group on average drunk once per day, one third of a tin of beer or the equivalent of red wine each time; the third group also drunk once per day, while took in one tin of been or the equivalent of red wine each time; women in the fourth group drunk twice daily, and the candidates of the last group had more than two times’ alcohol drinking. After thirteen years’ tracking survey, the researchers found that most of the selected women gained in weight, but the fourth group gained the least, and the more alcohol intake, the better results of weight-controlling. In addition, the red wine achieved the best effect, compared to beer or strong liquor. However, it has to be pointed out that the above conclusion is not an excuse or a proposal for ladies’ heavy drinking. The harm of alcohol abuse, such as a high blood pressure , outweighs the beauty brought by alcohol. If you are a woman, if you are pursuing a slim figure, why not try it?
