So I like to share with u sometips for better health and if you will adopt these 5 tips you will become healthierand it is better for health. Some of the better health tips are written belowand you can get huge benefit from them: 1) Walk more -  If you want to become more healthy andbecome active than exercise helps you feel well, improve your digestive system,improve your metabolism and can be a good for connection with your family ,because due to this you can spend more and more time with your family . You canspend time with your family with the help of walk strategy because you will goto places such as shopping mall and grounds with your family. So I will suggestyou to adopt that strategy. 2) Eat smarter – You should avoid eating after 9pm or 2-3 hrs of bed rest time and maintain afood diary. If you eat smarter then you can control you body structure anddigestive system. There are many dairies and diet plans available on internetand also you can get these plans from your health consultant and will help youto good maintenance of your health. If your diet plans not good effecting toyour health you should leave it and should change it. 3) Drink 8 glasses of water a day - Water therapy is theamazing way to balance your body tissues; it keeps your body well hydrated andkeeps you much active ness. Soft drinks and juice contain high level anddangerous ingredients for your health such as sugars, sweeteners, and caffeinethat destroy the fluid balance in your tissues. If you will drink more and morewater in a day you can get a huge stemma and activeness to your body. And myadvise for u to drink 8 glasses of water per day because this will help you tobalance your digestive system and avoid your self for lot of dangerousdiseases. 4) Listen to your body - One thing you should alwaysremember is what’s your body needs because some people needs salts some needsfiber and some sugar. So you should check out your own body that what isrequirement of your body at the moment. If your body needs some salts thenshould eat that kind of foods or recipe or if you body need fiber in highdemand that should mention your diet plan for this. 5) Make a commitment - You should be committed on dietmatter because your commitment with your diet is the major step for yourhealth.
