Rental Agreement – how to develop a rental agreement between landlord and tenant

As long as you are determined to rent a house or flat or to give a rent to others, the first thing that you need to do is to create an appropriate rental agreement. Generally
speaking it is a bit easy to develop a free rental agreement form. The following steps will teach you how to do that.

Step 1
The names of the landlord and tenant should be contained in the free rental agreement form and template.

Step 2
The free rental agreementshould consist of the address of the house or flat that is going to be rented, as well the date when the agreement is signed and the whole period of renting.

Step 3
The rental fee should be clearly mentioned in the free rental agreement, at the same time, the exact date when the fee is paid also needs to be written in it, as well the latest charge if the rent is not paid in time. What is more, the returned checks fee is important.

Step 4
The agreement must include a cause that how you would like to handle the situation when the tenant can not pay the rent fee on time for some reasons.

Step 5
The free rental agreement form needs to contain the security deposit that are hold by the landlord or the house manager in order to avoid ant damages generated by the tenant or his/her friends as well as his/her pets.

Step 6
The free rental agreement should also include other terms, such as association regulation, utilities payment, fixtures and appliance, tenant and landlord responsibility as well as inspections during check in and check out.
