Are you tired of the work and going to resign? Are you sure you want to leave the current company? You’d better learn how to write a resignation letter correctly first. Here are some good tips for you.

Choose the most appropriate opportunity to submit resignation letter.
Are you certain you’re ready to move on? Before you submit resignation letter you must be sure of your new job has been waiting for you. Keep polite, especially don’t complain.

He is too busy to care your reasons. Perhaps he prefers to hear your appreciation and respect. Maybe you think it’s deceptive. But believe me everyone likes to hear words of praise and won't refuse you praise. Even if it is not 100% true.

Be brief but not too short.
Show your position that you’ll leave is enough. It’s no need to mention why, when, how and other details. Your boss must bother it. Be sure to make it clear and concise and avoid long-windedness. Say clearly that you want to resign and when it came into effect. Talk much and err much.
