Vista is the latest Windows OS that comprised of user interactive graphical interface that user finds amazing to work with. This operating system is also considered as error free or flawless OS of Windows operating system. But in spite of having so many specifications and functionalities it is not free from the risk of errors. Window Vista users encounter often encounters system errors that appears as STOP 0xDEADDEAD. The error message appears on your system screen post fixed with MANUALLY_INITIATED_CRASH1.
Once you encounter this error message on your system screen it disables Vista to perform and hence you experience permanent data loss situation. You often encounter this error message during system startup or shutdown. This error is also known as Blue Screen of Death error that occurs with a blue screen when system boots.
