Nursing Homes are the place where person gets nursing care and rehabilitation facility. Residents of these homes are suffering from serious illness or functional disability and need more specific nursing care. It might be possible they are just passed out from any injury. Nursing homes are not only for elders, children and mentally disabled can also reside in this. People stay at any nursing home for recovery of their health. Some Nursing Home provides permanent resident. In nursing home for better recovery staff takes care about the routine of residents. They follow different policies for this and arrange small parties so they can feel refresh.
In any Nursing Home staff is very important. There are some certifications or can say courses for staff. CNA it is a non-technical staff of any hospital or nursing home. These CNA are very important for nursing staff. These CAN works under nursing staff and inform them about patient’s condition. They have some responsibilities and duties.

Hygiene, they should take care about hygiene of patient and this hygiene includes bathing, changing, nail care.
They also have to take care about the personal need of patient (special bed-ridden) patient like toileting.

Nursing assistants are also provide their facility at house so. House hygiene is also an issue for them. Changing bed covers are also comes under this hygiene.
The patient who comes under them, it is their responsibility to take information about him. The information should be like name, report of blood pressure, weight, height. He should also note down if there is any change in patients behavior.
As we discussed above they should take care about the health and note down each and every change.

These all changes are submitted to nursing staff, so they can prepare proper report of that patient.

They also assist patient in walking and feeding. They make a chart of food for patient and that is their duty to put nutritious food in list. In nursing homes they give mental support to the patients.

Take care about all the medicines of patient. CNA take care about every patient allotted to him. Rather than patient they also help nurses in preparing patient for any surgery. They arrange all the equipments like ventilator.

If patient needs exercise, then they help them in exercise. They also collect the sample of urine, stool of patient for investigation. They also take care about the laundry of hospitals. They are the persons, who are defiantly responsible for cleanliness.
