Reverse Cell Phones – How To Trace The Numbers Called To A Cell

Do you wonder who is talking to your kids on their cell phones? If so, you are not alone. In the age of Internet predators, kids are not safe anywhere. All it takes is a child with low self-esteem, and a smooth-talking pervert on the other line. And, if the child reveals their phone number, they increase their chances of getting abducted. Even if the child never calls the predator, they can still use online resources to figure out your address. Such a task becomes even easier if your child has a Facebook account. Fortunately, there is a way you can prevent these problems. It involves using reverse cell phones…cells which allow you to look up incoming and outgoing calls.

Reverse cell phones will allow you to look up telephone numbers right from your account. You do not need to have the phone in your possession, as that information updates itself through the wireless connection. The data is then transmitted to your master account, where you can view it freely.

However, be aware that even though your online account will tell you what the numbers are, they cannot tell you where they came from. Some parents might try to call the numbers on their own to confront the predator. This is not recommended, unless the situation is dire. Instead, use a cell phone lookup service to see if the call is even from a predator.

With a cell phone lookup service, you would learn the following:

- The name of the person who owns the cell phone
- Their billing address
- A map of their location
- Their cell phone provider
- Any other phone lines they might have
- Friends or family members living in the same household
- A history of previous addresses

Note that to get access to all of this data, you will have to pay money for each search you conduct. But even before you get to that point, you should know what the service will offer. If they are vague with their ad, you might want to look elsewhere. The same is also true if they require you to list YOUR personal information. If a site does this, it is possible they are initiating a phishing scam. So, not only would you end up without your necessary info, but you would also risk getting your identity stolen.
