Among the top brands on the market, Samsung cell phones are the choice of millions of users. With a wide selection of models that connect with nationwide networks, Samsung is a major player in the cell phone arena.

Users have a choice of touch screen or QWERTY keyboards, a big plus if text messaging is an important part of everyday communication. Samsung also offers an array of Android Smartphones, almost a requirement for heavy data users.

Once the carrier-compatible phones are found, a user then has the next most important step: choosing the model that best fits his needs. Samsung cell customers who want the most up-to-the-minute technology and features will probably gravitate toward the Android Smartphones. Right now the selection is a bit sparse with only three models to choose from, the Vibrant and the Behold, with the Galaxy ready for imminent release. These three are touchscreen models with speakerphones and rather good cameras onboard. Androids are the right phone if mobile web browsing is a necessity, allowing users to connect though Google quickly and effortlessly.

Road trips and outside sales calls cane become a lot less stressful when the driver has GPS. Anyone who doesn't want to have to remember to put the unit in the car and turn it on will love Samsung's GPS-enabled phones. Luckily, there's a wide selection of these, so most wireless carriers will offer at least one and likely several. In addition to the Smartphones, GPS is standard on the Nexus, Contour, Evergreen, Solstice II, Focus,Transform, and other models. Even the smaller carriers offer at least one.

Bluetooth capability is nearly standard in cell phones these days, and Samsung has kept that in mind with its newest generation of phones. The choice between a touchscreen and a QWERT keyboard is one of personal preference. By doing some comparison shopping, a potential customer will find the right combination of features all in one of the dozens of Samsung cell phones available today. The company stays on the cutting edge to develop and release phones with the features cell users want and need most.
