Personal development is the process of an individual to improve ones self by increasing their mental, spiritual, and physical capacities. This can involve acquiring new knowledge, exercising, seeking religion, or any other activity that is beneficial to the person doing it. "Can't" should not be in your vocabulary. Take it out now. Any time you think you "can't" do something, try to come up with five reasons why you can't, and then remember YES YOU CAN!!
