Simple diet plans to shed that extra fat easily

With a lot of body fat around the waist region and other parts of the body, they are prepared to do anything to get rid of that extra weight and fat. Many exercise day and night for the same but remain as they are. A few go for an easier alternative such as popping dozens of different pills while some stick to ‘tried and tested’ method – a strict diet plan. No matter what type of techniques is adopted, losing fat is an uphill task for everyone.

Many prefer going on a stringent diet with exercise which is combination of reduction in the daily intake of calories with extra set of exercises. Although this solution of weight loss sounds easy, it is not so. Given below are improvised ways to achieve weight loss which mainly focuses on diet.

Nutrition

Start by limiting your calorie intake. Not more than 1200 calories should be taken a day. Avoid eating any carbohydrate source after 7 pm as there will be retention of excess carbs in form of glucose without any activity at night. Some techniques in the diet plan include:

Breakfast
• Coffee - Coffee consists of caffeine which is an excellent chemical to burn the fat fast. In simple words, it changes the body into a fat burning inferno. Also, just like oatmeal it keeps the stomach full.

• Oatmeal or oat bran - Oatmeal or oat bran is a source which is high in energy. Additionally, it will make your stomach feel full and prevent any extra eating or snacking that would spoil fast weight loss diets.

• Egg whites or whey protein powder - Egg whites are considered as one of the best sources of proteins with minimum fat or least calories. If you do not like egg whites then whey protein is a good option.

Lunch
• Tuna or turkey spinach salad – Both tuna and turkey are excellent sources for protein. Also, spinach is one of the healthiest diets as they are packed with volumes of vitamins and antioxidants.

• Whole grain tuna or turkey sandwich – A diet consisting of both carbs and protein provides body with the required energy. Do not add any mayo or dress the meal with fat foods, as this will defeat the purpose.

Dinner
• Chicken, tuna, turkey, or salmon along with a plate of assorted vegetables will offer required protein. Also, eating foods high in fat is not good for health.

In fact, if eaten at night it won’t help the diet plan. In short, opt for veg foods over foods high in fats. Some to eat cabbage is a hearty vegetable that fill the stomach. In addition, it contains high amounts of glutamine. Glutamine is high in amino acids and contains anti-inflammatory properties too.

Conclusion
If the diet plan given above is followed diligently, then it won’t be that hard to lose weight. In fact, within few days you will notice a considerable drop in weight.
