Some basic Health Tips For Kids and importance of exercise

The parents of today's world must be kept an eye on the health of their children. So that they can fight various health related problems. It's better to talk to our kids about health and fitness. Children need active movement for at least 1 hour per day, playing hide and seek, chasing games and sports are a great way to get kids moving while having fun. If we educate them about health, it will save many problems in the future.

Here are some tips for children to put on a good routine life in a healthy way.

Start a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Since with a healthy breakfast can give a lot of energy to the child. They don't have to suffer with haste tiredness and depression in they daily activities. Wheat bread, cereals, whole fruits, eggs, low-fat milk and yogurt are good breakfast foods and nutrients.

Second health tip will be inclusion of fresh fruits and vegetables (preferably organic) diet. The parents should be make children aware that fresh fruits and vegetables more nutritious packaged foods.

Third health advice for children is that they should be given fluids and sufficient water in they daily diet. Since 70% of our body consist of water. So parents should make their children aware of this and its importance. Fluids can include fresh fruit juices, squash, etc.

Children should be aware of the importance of exercise at an early age. Parents can teach them some small steps and they can practice it regularly. Another important health advice for children is swimming, jogging, and cycling which can become part of their daily exercise program.

Smart Snacks: Healthy snacks are an additional source of calories for children during the day time. Yogurt, fresh or dried fruits, muesli, and raw vegetables with dip are good choices.

Different types of foods: Include different vegetables, nuts, fruits and grains along with small amount of milk and meat to get all the nutrients needed for growth and good health. So that your child doesn't get bored with the pattern of the food you provide. Macro nutrients (carbohydrates, fats and proteins) are the main body fuel. Micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) are also necessary for many body functions.

Drink plenty of fluids: Children should drink plenty of fluids up to 6-8 liters while providing nutrients for good health and growth.

Sports activities: Health of elders should be an example for children. Regular exercises like running in the morning, cycling along with your children raise a healthy family. Being physically strong and healthy is the main source of creating a healthy mind.

Eat a Healthy and Nutritious Diet: Make a habit of eating whole grains, fruits and vegetables, because they are the source of carbohydrates, fiber, minerals and vitamins with great taste.
