The first workflow, entitled 'Copy Playlist to SD', takes the contents of an iTunes playlist you specify (Music, Movies, or TV Shows), finds where they are located in the Finder, and copies them to a folder you specify on the SD card. Please read the Music on Android post in the Guides section of the Knowledge Base regarding suggested locations for music files.

The second workflow, entitled 'Create Playlist', asks the user to select any number of files in a folder, takes the names of those files (including extension), and creates a new txt file with the names of those files pasted inside it.

The usage of this workflow is a little more complicated. The user needs to tell the workflow action at the bottom to name the txt file .m3u where is any name you want. The important part is using .m3u as the file extension, NOT .txt. Have the workflow save this text file in the folder /Music/Playlist on your SD card (this is the suggested folder location for playlist files given by T-Mobile). When the workflow asks you to select the files to include on the playlist, simply click one file in the folder from the PREVIOUS workflow (Copy Playlist to SD), and hit Control-A (select all).

This will highlight all files, you can then hit OK. Run the workflow, navigate to /Music/Playlist and make sure the .m3u file is there. Control-Click on the file, navigate the menu to 'Open With', and choose your text editor. The Playlist.m3u file will open, and you should see many lines of text, each ending in the name of one of your songs.

The important part here is the /Volumes at the beginning of each line. The Android OS won't recognize this (we don't think), so we need to get rid of it. Hit Command-F, and the Find and Replace dialog will pop up. Type in /Volumes in the find box, and leave the replace box empty; hit find and replace ALL. Save the file, and close it. Your SD card should now be ready for use in your Android phone, with the playlist ready to go.
