If we talk about New Zealand Travel, we often recognize Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington and other awesome places like Lake Taupo, Coromandel and Roturua. We often make a twist, and find it rewarding at times. New Zealand has always been amazing and not the kind of place to disappoint a tourist just like another of New Zealand's region “Taranaki”. The same with the other regions that have unique features, Taranaki has its name for outdoor adventure and ofcourse a host for the spectacular Mount Taranaki ( its main geographical feature ). Taranaki belongs to the North Island bounded on the West Coast surrounding the volcanic peak. Its capital is New Plymouth which features excellent surfing, sunsets, and just about outdoor activities and  adventure. Travelers especially road trip buddies who have sufficient time to Travel in New Zealand utilizes their time through a driving adventure from Wellington to Auckland. Or the other way around. Taranaki is located between Wellington and Auckland which makes it about 4 to 5 hours of continuous comfortable drive between two main cities. While the road is well maintained hire a campervan and avoid hotels. You can rent a campervan from Wellington or Auckland and hit your way to Taranaki. Check out camper rental New Zealand and see which vehicle best suits for your travel. Its featured Mount Taranaki offers incredible slopes for skiers. The rest of activities goes the same with mountainous places. If you plan t do climbing, Mount Taranaki would be a challenge, although its also a climbing tool for beginners. Observe precautions and tremendous care if going on a climb, especially the weather. Or even just exploring Taranaki attractions would be a good deal.
