Team Building: Transforming The Work Environment

Intensive Team Building (ITB) is a company that provides professional Corporate Team Building to our clients that want to go a long way achieving their goals and transforming their work environment.

Orientation

The Adventure Orienteering Challenge is tailor made to suite the demographics of the group and is suitable for all fitness levels and can include physically challenged people.
The circuits include, amongst others, the following activities:
• Map reading
• Compass work
• Brainteaser clues
• Shooting to recover clues (Catapult, archery, air gun and paintball target shoot)
• Using magnifying glasses to recover clues
• Water activity (optional)

Quad bike activities are only included in the advance option.

Gum Boots Dancing

Gumboot dancing originated in the gold mines of Johannesburg, deep down in the shafts. The miners used the sounds of stepping together, smacking their boots, clapping their hands and dancing together to create a gumboot dance rhythm to distract them from the long treacherous hours beneath the ground and to operate as a team.

Pyramid Challenge

The Pyramid exercises (Fun Team building) will help your team improve their time management, delegation, internal relations, communication and problem solving skills. When teams arrive at this challenge they are faced with a pyramid of seven large colored blocks. All they have to do is to rebuild the pyramid.

Quad Biking Challenges

The group is broken up into teams and given a quad bike to do a series of fun filled activities and obstacles where planning and teamwork are essential to complete the exercises successfully. This is a team challenge and is suitable for all fitness levels and physically challenged people. The Challenge may include the following activities.

Team Dynamics

We work with the different dynamics of your group such as communication, planning, cultural differences, teamwork, and collaboration skills to achieve your team focus.

ITB Survivor

It’s unique from other team builds as ours is customized to your team and build around your objectives. Important values are Communication, Leadership, Goals and Problem Solving.

ITB Challenge

A huge range of facilitated problem solving activities to develop communication, team spirit and cohesion both within and across the teams this challenges it’s more than the mind or the body and everyone can participate.
