Technology Takeover - Do You Love Technology?

Technology has touched everybody's life in one way or another. From the gadgets we love, to the medical technology that saves lives each and every day in hospitals. The only difference from those of us that love the technology and the shrinking group of those who hate technology is usually divided by their understanding of what is new. Love it or hate it, technology is not going away, so instead of swimming against the stream, it may be time to give in and start learning how technology can work for you.

In a day and age where 1 out of 3 Americans has a Facebook account, there is an indisputable fact that technology has taken over more now than ever. It seems like technology advanced to a point and as many electronics, computers and digital devices were created, they were only created for their functionality. This was a big problem for many first time users, even those who were in the know. Today technology has advanced enough, that the most successful products are those who make technology easy to use.

Since this paradigm shift has taken placed, many people who would have never become interested in the newest technologies are now starting to see the light. With more and more great technologies simplify the most complicated computer or gadgets easy to use for everyone. A great example of seniors using technology, is the 104 year old Twitter user who has unfortunately passed recently, but the point still stands. People of all ages are starting to live the digital life that many have been resisting for years. The fact is that technology historically has only complicated our day to day life and finally they have begun to actually make technology "smart" enough to bring us back to the basics and offer real solutions that can make things easier and more effective.

The one thing that is for sure is that technology is not going away any time soon. So even if you are not a tech lover, it may be in your best interest to at least attempt to harness the powerful tools that are now available and start to embrace new technology that is becoming the standard in many workplaces and homes all over the world.
