It is a big challenge for the people, who are in the process of weight losing or are planning to weight losing , to persistent when they face with difficulties, such as the weight is rebound regularly or the effect is not good and clear. Here I will tell you ten weight losing rules which you should remember to help your weight losing effect become obvious and durable. 1.        Find out what you want to do. Write down what you want to change in your life and the reason of keep a good body shape and form a good appearance. Take it out and read when you get lazy. 2.        Give yourself some reward. Whether it is weekend or end of month, you insist on finished your weight losing program, just give yourself a reward, and no matter it is a hair clip or a pair of new running shoes. 3.        Have a plan. Arrange your body building schedule and write down in your schedule, regard them as an important date and don’t miss. 4.        Record the progress. Record the date, time, what you have done and your feelings. It is a motion to promote your schedule. 5.        Be active everyday. Even if you don't exercise every day, you also need appropriate activities. 6.        Solute the problem. Your normal exercise can’t be disturbed by temporary setbacks, you can adjust your scheduleor take up to a new movement. 7.        Think as a professional player.Athletes never consider when they went to the playground. Prevent other activities which can occupy your weight losing time. 8.        Choose a trust sports partner. When you meet a friend, you can’t boast your exercise program. In addition, friendship and competition with partner makes sports more interesting. 9.        Believe change is possible. Don't think you are born to be not fit, successful people are confident that they can control their shape and can make it changed. 10.    Have fun. If you insist, you must like it. When you find a sport which is not suitable for you while you are change in another, dreary could ruin your motivation. These are ten weight losing rules which you should remember. Weight losing is not a short thing. It needs patience and persistence. Just persistent and stick to the rules, you will get the ideal shape you want.
