Stoney Creek houses are mostly listed by real estate agencies based out of Hamilton.  The former municipality now amalgamated as part of the city of Hamilton has a varied set of residential listings at various price ranges.  The number of listings is constant with the normal times of year for the real estate market.  Several online resources are available as well containing Stoney Creek houses.  Simply searching the various real estate agencies in the area online or through a multi-listing service site will give you the range of pricing and availability in listings.  Some Stoney Creek houses are great character pieces dating back several decades, while many others have increased values just based on spectacular views of Lake Ontario.
