In the cold winter, weight loss is still important. How to lose weight healthy, here I will introduce three teas to drink which is helpful for weight loss in winter as follows: Oolong tea is a kind of fermented tea. It is rich produced in Fujian and is well-known for Wuyi Rock and Anxi variety of Oolong tea. It not only contains the faint scent and potpourri of green tea, but also with the strong, fresh and pure of the black tea. It is warm in nature and sweet in taste. Oolong tea has obvious effect of adipose decompose. Always drink oolong tea is good for digest and diuresis, reduce weight and cholesterol. Pu'er tea which is picked before Grain Rain, taste bitter and cool. It is expectorant, clear stomach, reduce fat and helpful for digestion and absorption. It has an effect to reduce weight and prevent cardiovascular disease. Drink Pu'er tea regularly can significantly reduce weight to the age of 40-50 people and it is also have various degrees for other age bracket to lose weight. In addition, there is a new kind of tea: matcha yogurt. Matcha is made by adjusted green tea powder, add a bottle of yogurt into a spoon matcha and stir evenly. Eat before each dinner. Green tea is facial and degrease. Yogurt is easy for absorption. Eat before dinner can make stomach full and reduce weight, but it is cool in nature and can’t drink much which may cause stomach upset.
