Every woman likes high heels. But it’s difficult to make beauty and comfort achieve the true unity. The invention of high heels does not accord with human kinetics. It will cause foot disease and damage if you wear high heels in wrong way for a long time. So we should learn to wear high heels and make the high heels create more attractive charm for us. We can’t solve the unity of beauty and comfort but we can prevent the foot disease so long as we pay attention to the problem. So I want to show you the tips of wearing high heels. 
1. Don’t always wear the same height high heels. It can avoid the foot be squeezed by the same place.
2. When you sit, you should bend your feet first. Then stretch legs gently. Keep the posture for 30 minutes and don’t lift legs. It can relax feet.
3. You should throw a chest and tighten you abdomen when you wearing high heels. Remember to be natural and generous. You must keep your pace steady. More importantly, don’t stoop, run and climb up the hill.
4. Pay attention to foot care. Develop the habit of using hot water to have a foot bath with appropriate massage.
5. You should note the occasion if you want to wear the high heels with higher heel. Don’t wear them when you take bus or walk on the uneven road. Because these shoes are designed for special occasions such as party.
6. You must have a rest continually when you walk with wearing high heels. You can tilt your tiptoe and move your calves.
7. You’d better not wear leather shoes with bare feet. It will hurt the foot skin.
8. Don’t trim fingernails excessively to prevent the nail infection.
9. When you walk in high heels, remember to move your heel back time to time. Don’t force your toes too much for the high heels. You must give the toes a certain space even small. It will also affect pleasing to the eye if your toes stretch to the front excessively.
10. When you buy high heels, make them a little tight but not too big.
