In our life, we often have to face a lot of stress from work and family, which brings us anxiety and irritability. Here I will introduce some practical ways to relieve life stress.
Take a deep breath
Taking a deep breath can ease emotional responses that are going to loom out of. You just breath from your nose, letting it slowly flow through your abdomen and then to your ribs, finally slowly exhale it from your nose and say “relax” to yourself.
Relax your muscles
Within three minutes, you can try to do several actions to relax the muscles.
1.Sit down and close your eyes
2.Continue to inhale for six seconds, while tightening your muscles as much as
possible
3.Exhale the air you have inhaled, and then relax your body and breath rhythmically
for 20 seconds.
4.Repeat it three times
Take a bath with hot water
Hot water bath is the traditional way to relieve stress. The water temperature should be higher than your body temperature. You had better soak in hot water less than 15 minutes.
Take a walk
You can slowly be absorbed in enjoying your lunch, after that go for a walk for about ten minutes, which can ease your tension effectively.
Say something to yourself
It does not mean that you are in mad, actually it can help you avoid going to the ruin path. Say something to yourself is a good way to deal with stress.
Do not be panic seriously
If necessary, just imagine you are in the flood, so you can understand that it is not a big problem if you have some acne on the face.
Open the music with dancing
Slow rhythm music can help you relax and conquer the stress. There are two characteristics of music that makes you relax: familiarity and preference.
Do exercise regularly
Regular exercise may be the most practical way to conquer your stress. Doing exercise for about 40 minutes can relieve your stress for three hours. However, having a rest for 40 minutes only can relieve the stress for about 20 minutes.
Turn to experts for help
If you can not conquer stress by yourself, you should find a good medical expert for help.
