Prevent air condition disease is very essential for our healthy in our daily life. Air condition disease is very common in hot summer and it affects people’s life and work. Here are top five tips to prevent air condition disease as follows: 1.    When use air condition, you should pay attention to ventilation. Open the window regularly every day in order to air change and clean the air condition once every two weeks. The temperature range should not be too big between air condition room and outdoor natural temperature. It is better not exceed five degrees. The best temperature is 26 degrees Celsius. When sleep, don’t use air condition. Before sleep, take outdoor activities is good for increases blood circulation and prevent air condition disease. 2.    In air condition room, don’t let the wind blow directly on you body. When sweating, don’t blow a cold wind over your body which will cause disease easily. 3.    When you go out from the air condition environment, rest in the shadow place after your body recovered. If long time in air condition room, you should take outdoor activities and drink more water to accelerate the metabolism of body. 4.    Maintain your skin clean regularly. This is because often stay or leave air condition room, the bacteria attach on skin will block sweat gland, cause infection. It is better to have a warm bath when go home and take appropriate activities, such as running, batting, yoga and so on. 5.    Wear proper clothes in air condition room. In order to match the temperature and prevent air condition disease , the elderly and children in air conditioning room should increase clothes according to their need. You can use dehumidizer and disinfector to change the air quality in air condition room.
