The film is based on the best-selling novel written by Sapphire. In Harlem, New York where the blacks live in, an overweight and illiterate black girl is pregnant with her second child. At this time, a college of technology sends an invitation for her, which gives her a new direction in life.

Up In the Air
The movie relentlessly criticizes the most commonly social problems, such as corporate downsizing, less and less communication among people due to the high technology and enterprises absurd incentives. Work, career and love have to move forward in the cabin and closed terminal, so can they feel uncomfortable and confusingly romantic?

An Education

The movie tells a story that the extraterrestrials have the first intimate contact with the earth almost 30 years ago. Human beings are waiting for in fear the ferocious aggression and attacks granted by other party, but the face is that they come you earth to seek for asylum. So human beings put them into the slums of South Africa, and then this place is called district 9

A Serious Man
The story tales place in 1967 when the protagonist is a physics professor of a university located in Midwest of U.S. he is very boring man, no wonder that his wife falls in love with his colleague and divorce with him. More unfortunately, his brother increasingly becomes his burden, and his career almost is ruined by an anonymous letter. He can only turns to Judaism, but will it help him out of the woods and become a serious man?
