Our headquarters Universal Montaj Darzeuis located in Blejoi vilage, near Ploiesti city, Romania, having the nearest airport to Otopeni – Bucharest (45 km distance from Ploiesti) and the nearest railway station in Ploiesti. Regarding the road connections, we specify that Ploiesti is situated on the European Road E 60(DN1 according to Romanian codification) at 60 km from Bucharest. The nearest harbour is in Constanta city, at 280 km distance from Ploiesti. Ploiesti site area is 50.000 square meters and includes spacious workshops, warehouse, offices, canteen, etc., endowed with modern thermal lighting equipments. The pre-fabrication workshop is 21m long, 10 m span and 8m high. Pre-mounting area is 32m long and 25m span. Mounting workshop is 32m long, 15m span and 8m high. All employees must fulfill all requests from Integrated Management System (IMS) applicable to their field of activity. In order to achieve all of this, the quality policy include: -    assuring high technical and quality level of products and services according to standards and norms in use; -    exact following of the specifications during fabrication, transport and erection of the products; -    assuring permanent contact with client in order to coordinate the activities and satisfy specific requests; -    the accommodation of organizational structure to the requests regarding planning and implementing the quality system; -    being aware, motivating, training and involving all employees in learning, understanding and implementing the quality system, as well as settling the responsibility and authority of the staff involved in the activities; -    continuous improvement of organization, technology, procedures, services and employees qualification in order to get better quality and to satisfy clients needs, as well as reducing the costs. Environment policy The major target of the environment policy promoted by Universal Montaj Darzeu is to protect the environment and human resources. The environment policy forces us, at all functional levels, to: -    obey the Romanian legislation and all the international agreements/conventions signed by Romania, and to respect the EU briefing regarding the environment; -    strictly respect the stipulations from the company’s Environment License. -    being aware and to assume the responsibility according to specific attributions of each working place as well as admitting the importance of each employee. In order to apply this policy and achieve its targets, we have implemented and sustain an environment management system according to SR ISO 14001. With the decision no 658 we have named an employee to be responsible for environment management, which together with Quality – environment, health and work Security Council will supervise our policy to be implemented and to achieve its goals. Regarding the environment protection, the final goal is to implement the environment policy and to hold under control all the major aspects of the environment. In industrial production the entire technological process is controlled taking care of all elements with negative impact over environment. That’s why the industrial water is not sloop into general sewerage, but by using specialized company. We are aware that our welding processes could generate negative impacts over environment because of the flatulence, and that’s why we have settled as a goal maintaining the flatulence inside standard limits. Policy regarding health and work security The General Manage believes that human is the centre of preoccupations saying that: “Healthy and mil trained human brings surplus value to the production process with minimum expenses.”  The health and work security policy forces us, at all functional levels, to: -    obey the Romanian legislation and all the international agreements/conventions signed by Romania, and to respect the EU briefing regarding the health and work security; -    obtaining the License for Labour Protection, who our society does not possess yet;   -    being aware and to assume the responsibility according to specific attributions of each working place, inclusive encouraging to participate at the implementing and improving the health and work security system of each employee.   In order to apply this policy and achieve its targets, we have implemented and sustain an health and work security management system according to OHSAS 18001. With the decision no 658 we have named an employee to be responsible for health and work security management, which together with Quality – environment, health and work security Council will supervise our policy to be implemented and to achieve its goals.
