Bag filter systems are applied to separate or collecting the fine dust in concentrations up to less than 5 mg/Nm3.Gas composition operating temperature, dust levels the air to doth ratio, the type of fuel and the method of operation determine the quality the filter material that is applied .Bag filter is engineered from porous woven or felted fabrics. The shape of bag filter is as a tube, through which gasses are passed to remove elements or contaminants. Particles or contaminants, larger than the porous openings within the bag filter allow the gas to pass through, however trap the larger contaminant substances. Bag filter can be designed and produced small to quite huge, some purposes require bag filter up to 30 feet long by three or more feet across. Often bag filter may be enveloped with in a supporting back frame or structure. This supporting structure assists bag filter to maintain a shape under any running circumstances means normal and ext ream working condition. Now a days bag filters are available manufactured of different materials.

Bag Filter Material:-
The various filter bag material were prepared by a non woven pilot plant coupled with the needle punching and thermal bounding combination process. The prepared filer fabric was evaluated by the reliability assessment standard for the environmental cleaning dust collection. A new filter bag medium was thermal glued with polyester felt and poly amide nano-sized web. The air permeability of the filter bag media with nano-sized web was largely reduced as compared with the control media. In the analysis of filtration test the filter material with nano-sized web shows more stable filtration behavior and higher collection efficiency than the other.

The general use bag filter is manufactured with a multilayer polypropylene, which provides useful filtration at high flow rates in both low and high viscosity liquids. The bag comes in four nominal micron sizes to satisfy a wide variety of filtration needs. A plastic collar / handle permits for quick and clean filter change outs and is engineered to fit into most existing bag housing. The large amount of surface area provided by the layers of polyolefin media results in high oil holding capacities.

Special Bag Filter:-

A- Multi Layer Bag:-
These are produced of one single component and have 2 to 12 layers. With different pore sized cloth selection Filter bag can capture particles at different microns and achieve maximum filtration results.

B:- Oil Absorption Bag:-
These are dual objective bag designed to provide nominal particle elimination rating as well as oil removal capabilities. Bag filter of this type is designed of single or multiple oil suction polypropylene melt-blown media and Assisted by pre and post non woven Polypropylene layers. It is suitable for removing trace amount of non emulsified Hydrocarbons and critical filtration applications in automatic paint, metal casting , chemical processing and water filtering systems.

C:- Activated Carbon Bag:- Bag filter of this variety is also a dual purpose designed bag to provide seventy percent nominal particle removal capabilities. It is manufactured of special single or multiple Activated Carbon Cellulose media and Assisted by pre and post non woven Polypropylene layers.
