Many people know that they need to supplement vitamin C every day, but they do not know that vitamin C could prevent cancer. They also do not know how and where to take in vitamin C. The following are my opinions.
Monotonous diet construction or dietary bias would cause the excessive nutrition in the body and leads to the nutritional imbalance, thereby enabling the potential opportunity develop into cancer cells. For example, epidemiological studies have found that people in high incidence of gastric cancer area are lack of vitamin C commonly.
Vitamin C could block the main nitroso compounds of pathogenic factors of gastric cancer and play a role in cancer prevention. Foods of relatively high vitamin C content are kiwi, oranges, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, bitter gourd, etc. People who have high risk of gastric cancer may eat the above foods consciously. Patients who have poor absorption could eat some vitamin C tablets to supply nutrition.
People are often advocated to eat more rich dietary fiber foods such as konjac, soybeans and their products, the daily dose is better no more than 30 grams. Because studies had shown great dose of dietary fiber may not only cause gastrointestinal discomfort, but also affect the absorption of some trace elements, and even the incidence of gastric cancer is related. So, it is suggested not to eat over dose.
