Having the right coach and mentor is a vital part of becoming a success. People say that mindset is the first and foremost attribute to develop, but I believe that the coach and mentor you choose is the one who embeds this trait. After all, you are what you surround yourself with, right? Leaders are not born... they are developed. The right coach and mentor is the one who develops your mindset and tweaks your performance to ultimately achieve your results. Two heads are always better than one, especially if they are both positive leaders. If your struggling with your success, consider yourself first. Do you posess the ability to be great? Do you deserve the opportunity to become wealthy? Are you willing to devote the time and energy into attaining the results? Are you prepared to never accept failure? If  you answered YES to these questions, you're on the right path... Now consider your current mentor and coach, if you already have one. Do they promote you and show positive support? Are they offering you the necessary tools and resources to achieve your goals? Are they there for you when you become lost and lonely? Believe it or not, most people answer NO to most of these questions... What you should look for for in a coach and mentor is really quite simple: look for a person that is humble enough to be your friend. Imagine if your best friend in the world was your mentor and had everything you needed and was willing to take the time to teach you and ensure that you achieve your success. This is what's hard to find. Or is it?
