If you’ve heard the Twitter buzz, you’re ahead of the pack. Twitter login users can now actually get thrown into Twitter jail, a term used to describe temporary suspension of Tweet privileges for users who abuse login Twitter and Tweet too much.

The rules are as follows. Twitter users who tweet over 100 times per hour or 1,000 times per day will go to Twitter jail, disabling your tweeting abilities for a bit. Twitter will still allow public access to your account, however you will not be able to add any more new tweets until you’re out of Twitter jail.

It feels like we’re playing monopoly with Twitter! Do not pass go. Do not allow this user to Tweet anymore. All kidding aside though, if you're really Tweeting 100 times in an hour or 1000 times in a day, you need to chill out with Twitter and you're probably addicted!
