Tomatoes, ripe, juicy berries herbaceous plant, which is rich in vitamin A, C, B1, B2 and variety of elements. Tomatoes are the most common fruits and vegetables cultivated in the world. Tomatoes also contain cancer antioxidant glutathione, can remove the internal toxic substances, and restore the normal function of airframe organ, anti-aging. In the hot summer, tomato is better than sunscreen lotion. Therefore, tomato has the reputation of "longevity fruit".
Moreover, the vitamins A, C in tomatoes can prevent cataract, macular degeneration and also have certain effect to nyctalopia. The beta-carotene and vitamins A, C, in tomatoes can care skin and cure skin disease, remove freckles, and anti-aging. Nick acid can maintain the normal gastric secretion, promote the formation of red blood cells, and helps keep the blood vessel wall elasticity and protect the skin.
Nutrition experts suggest that people should eat both raw and cooked tomatoes. Thus, eat with tomatoes in your daily diet will make you young and healthy and increase the balance in your life.
