Why You Should Start a Home Based Business

I have been in the automotive sales and training industry for 25 years.  Most of you know that the retail sales industry has taken a huge hit in today's economy.  The hours are long,usually 10 to 12 hours per day,customers are more demanding than ever and the banks have become very cautious to approve loans.  With all of these factors piling up against you.  I bet you can guess what else has declined!  Your right! The commissions you are bringing home have decreased drastically.    A automobile franchise is not that different from a typical MLM company.  Let me show you what I mean. At the top is the Dealer In the middle is the management At the bottom are the department employees The  dealer  at the top makes the most money.  The  middle management  gets a smaller piece of the pie. The  employees  at the bottom do all the work and get the smallest piece of the pie.  That's why there color is in  red .  They are mad as  hell because they are doing all the work for the least amount of money.  This also is the reason there is so much turnover in the car business.  There is no benefit or residual income to keep them around. This illustration is the reason my wife and I have chosen to build a home based business.  The direct sales or network marketing industry is a recession proof business.  No more 12 hour days or unhappy customers and the best part is that my mentors that have taught me the business are truly interested in me. I have the same income potential as they do!  The pie does not get smaller.  You get the whole pie! In a home based business you choose when you work,where you work and how long you work.  Your not chained to brick and mortar business answering to other people who are not truly interested in your well being. As long as you have a laptop you can work where ever your travels take you. See you soon, Craig White
