You probably ever wondered about maximizing your campervan vacation in Perth? Aside from its 400 hectares of virgin bush land and gardens, Swan River, Perth museums and other Perth must sees. Your mind's backyard must be wondering of other stuff to do in Perth which are free as much as possible. I thought campervan vacationers can also set a quick thought about Perth's wildlife. Lake Monger is just 10 minutes away from the city, it is an ideal base to feed your eyes of its magnificent waterbirds including the emblem of Western Australia – the black swan. Or visit one of Australia's famous zoos located only five minutes away from the central business district of Perth. It started opening in 1898 and from that day it haven't closed its doors. It is open every day from nine in the morning until five of the afternoon. The zoo cost $20 for adults and $10 for children between four to fifteen years old. Children below four years are free so bring them all if you intend to keep an eye on them while on animals. The zoos has food and drinks so you don't have to worry about not having lunch or breakfast. Sure its a good way though to spend a meal beside your campervan hire vehicle. If you wanted a more personal and up close wildlife experience like making friends with wallabies, cuddling koalas, feeding the deers and more, the Caversham Wildlife Park can be perfect. Caversham Wildlife Park is a 30 minute drive from Perth's CBD spend only $15 for adults and $10 for kids. Don't forget your cameras!
