Are you ready to get back in shape, and want professional help to do it? Then Xtreme Fitness is the right place for you. No matter how out of shape you are or whether or not you have ever worked out. Even if you are an athlete. Xtreme Fitness Boot Camp is the program for you.
We offer a program in Jacksonville, Florida like no other. The concept behind Boot Camp is to provide both resistance training and cardiovascular training into the same program. By doing this we are using the tried and true method that our armed forces use to change out of shape civilians into fit and capable soldiers. In this way we are able to help you by designing a program that provides personal training to a group setting.
If you are wondering if the Xtreme Fitness Six Week $99 Boot Camp program is for you then rest your fears. In class the instructor will come around to every individual and help teach the exercises correctly and modify any exercises. Lots of you may have knee and back issues or may be at risk of injury. We will help you by teaching the safe alternatives to some of the more advanced exercises that are done in class.
We have an ongoing program that will allow a person to start at any time and the classes are through out the day. Monday, Wednesday, Friday the classes are at 6am, 8am, 12pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm and Saturday classes are at 10am, and 11am. As long as you attend at least 3 boot camp clases a week we guarantee results. You can come to any class at anytime and we can schedule around any vacations.
We do this in order to help develop a routine that is going to help get you the results and give the rest you need. We offer more class options for each person and have multiple locations in jacksonville. Our staff are all certified personal trainers and have the years of experience needed to help you.
The areas we target most in boot camp is the waist, core, abs, thighs, hips, glutes and arms. The exercises are easy and can be done by anyone. You will do a lot of cardio exercises design to burn fat as well.
We help all our clients with their diets and nutrition throughout the entire program.
